SCWDB Issues RFP for AI-Powered Career Readiness Workshop Services

The South Central Workforce Development Board is accepting proposals from qualified organizations to design and deliver a hands-on career-readiness workshop that teaches eligible job seekers how to use artificial intelligence responsibly and effectively during the job-search process.

The workshop will address AI-supported job-search strategy, resumes, applications, professional communication, interview preparation, safe prompting, privacy, accuracy and ethical use.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Written questions are due by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on August 7, 2026.

EVALUATION PERIOD / INTERVIEWS IF NEEDED: AUGUST 24–28, 2026

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: AUGUST 31, 2026

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS AND APPROVALS: SEPTEMBER 1–11, 2026

CONTRACTOR START DATE AND PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

Anticipated Contract Term: September 14, 2026 through June 30, 2027, subject to award, negotiation, funding, and required approvals.
