Targeted Services Orientation Classes extend Kentucky Career Center services to communities without a physical center location. These sessions bring together partners from the Kentucky Workforce System to provide direct, in-person support for individuals seeking employment, training, education, and other resources.

Classes are often held in partnership with Kentucky Adult Education centers and are open to the public. Participants receive an overview of available workforce services and can immediately connect with the appropriate partners based on their individual needs.

Targeted Orientation Classes also serve as a referral pathway from local judicial partners into workforce programs, including the Putting Kentuckians First Program, helping individuals transition quickly into services that support employment and long-term success.
