WIOA's "Warm Handoff" Referral Process

A "warm handoff" form is a simple yet significant document used by partners in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program to smoothly transfer a client's information and eligibility details to another service provider.

This form ensures that the transition is seamless and that the client's needs are effectively met by the new service provider. It's a critical tool for collaboration and coordination among organizations participating in WIOA, helping individuals access the resources they need to succeed in the workforce.
