An estimated 200,000-plus service members transition out of the military each year. South Central Workforce Development Boards wants to be your network and help you transition to civilian life. Not only do we want to assist service members, we want to assist your spouses through the process as well. We can assist with finding a civilian job that matches your skill sets, or provide training and education to develop those skill sets. You can even reach out to us months prior to your separation from military, and we can begin your skill assessment and job search.
